How about growing a fun and healthy shamrock? Take a thin piece of sponge and cut it into a shamrock shape. Soak it in water, then sprinkle with broccoli, alfalfa or other sprout seeds. Set in a warm dark spot until sprouts appear, then move into the sunlight and watch the sprouts turn green. When it’s completely green, kids can eat the sprouts.Fun and healthy!
