There’s nothing as beautiful as an open heart, one of compassion and unconditional love.

We certainly don’t see much of it in the polarized politics of the day. And the truth is, most of us are so afraid to be vulnerable, we don’t open our hearts for fear of being hurt.

If you’ve ever approached someone with open heart and had them lash out at you…or been met with silence…it’s natural to want to snap your heart closed again.

And yet, opening your heart is the only way to deal with negative emotions.
