A choir in Italia

October 12, 2010

(video below) One weekend night we went to dinner in the city of Acqui Terme, and ran across this choir singing in the main square. They sounded beautiful. I love their red caps and suspenders, too.

Sometimes I think we forget that while we’re going about our life here, people are living entirely different but simultaneous lives all over the world. If you’ve wondered what life on a weekend night is like in a small Italian town, the second video focuses more on the people in the background. Kids playing, people watching, talking, arguing.

The second video is only 30 seconds. Ignore the strange patterns made by the light. (I couldn’t load these in Italy because internet was slower.)
