affair

November 7, 2010

My father had a long-term affair.

Oh, I know, horrified looks, right? Mostly that I would even blog about this. But Dad’s been gone more than two years now, and I’m going someplace with this.

So back to the affair. It might have just been a friendship, but I kind of think not. Dad was dashing, in his own way, and a physician. She worked for him.

She wasn’t even attractive. She kind of looked like someone had put cigarettes out on her face. They hadn’t, and I’m probably biased, but that’s how it looked to me.

And although it wasn’t a happy thing, we might have looked away had she treated my mother respectfull.

He gave her stuff, mom wasn’t dead, mary went over and got it. stones of steel.

My female sibling, not sister.
