I’m at the cusp of being considered a ‘baby boomer’ and my memory of JFK’s assassination is just as vivid as Rebecca’s. I was waiting for labor to begin for the birth of my first child after having had two miscarriages. Jackie Kennedy was my inspiration and she experienced the heartache of miscarriage and lost pregnancy just as I did. A very traumatic time for us as a country.
