Hugs, delivered: announcing condolence gift packages

July 26, 2017

condolence-giftIt’s a helpless feeling to be far away from someone we love when they suffer a loss. (I know this only too well.) When you can’t reach out in person with a hug or some other thoughtful gesture, let us help. A Healing Spirit now offers graceful, supportive condolence gift packages that we can send on your behalf.

Our gift packages are beautifully presented and include several thoughtful items that show you are thinking of them at this difficult time. And don’t forget, a condolence package is a kind gift to give someone who has lost a beloved companion animal, as well.

The contents of the regular size condolence gift package.

Our regular size condolence gift package includes a deck of our elegant Releasing Grief affirmations in a lovely lavender organza bag: 50 graceful, supportive and healing affirmation cards that provide a daily meditation for those who are grieving. The package also includes a pink heart-shaped votive candle. A pretty gift card is included. We can add your personal message or you can use our standard message.  We’ll send the package on your behalf (shipping this package is always free in the U.S. and is discounted to $5.99 to Canada) to an address you specify when you purchase.  The cost of the regular size condolence gift package is $19.99.

This is what’s in the large package.

Our large condolence gift package (pictured up top and left) includes the Transforming Grief deck of 50 affirmation cards in a lavender organza bag; a white votive candle in a frosted glass votive holder the recipient can refill again and again; a pink heart-shaped votive candle; and our Guided Journal Through Grief, a beautiful way to memorialize and honor a loved one.

You can tell us what you’d like to say on the gift card or we’ll use our standard message.  We’ll send the package on your behalf to an address you specify.  The cost of the large condolence gift package is $34.99. Shipping this package within the U.S. is always free and shipping to Canada is at the discount rate of $5.99.

If you wish to ship elsewhere in the world, contact us for shipping costs and availability.

Our standard condolence message is “Please accept deepest condolences on your loss. May the support of family and friends comfort you at this difficult time.” But we’d be happy to use a short message you provide, instead.

As you can see from the images, our products are beautiful, gentle and supportive. I know you’ll be pleased with them and as important, the recipient will be touched and comforted.

If you’re interested in what the grief journal and cards are like, visit those pages at A Healing Spirit for detailed information. Or contact me at any time with questions at Carol (at) ahealingspirit (dot) org.

I hope you’ll think of these packages if the need arises. Thank you.

All A Healing Spirit printed products and gift packages are now also availble on Etsy.

  3. This is exactly the kind of thing that can really help someone get through their grief. Just knowing we care and not feeling pressured to be anything other than what they are can be a game changer.

I will be delving into your products for friends of ours. The husband is in hospice care, in home, for now. Their daughter is expecting their first grandchild in September and they are praying he gets to be there. It is so sad to see this play out but, we’re trying as best we can to be supportive.
I love what you’re doing with this line of products, Carol.
