There are so many options out there for people who are trying to get through something tough in their lives. Hope everyone finds what’s right for them.
I’ve not tried hypnotherapy but I am glad it’s a safe alternative for those who are suffering. We all have our battles in life.
Hypnotherapy is something I have never tried and not really anything I knew much about. Getting help for anything is an important first step.
I will conquer my fear of my son returning to Public School and embrace the time I will have to myself and enjoy hearing about my sons day and not make him fear going back to school because I have mixed feelings.
i wake up every day with painful anxiety. It dissipates later in the day but it is definitely a beast.
It has never done done me to try hypnotherapy. I really don’t know anything about it but if it helps with something that you are struggling with I am all for it.
I would love to conquer the fear of going to unknown places. Some times fear can really paralyze our ability to do the stuff that we love.
I would love to try hypnotism to overcome my fears. I have tried therapists and doctors and they are all lacking maybe this would do the trick.

I’m a chronic nail biter. Nasty habit, I know but it’s my thing. Funny thing I consciously have to think about it to avoid it. The last couple of months have been a little difficult for me but I’m hanging in there.
