conquerSome people climb mountains.

Others conquer fears.

Some battle major health conditions.

And still others conquer themselves. In fact, one might argue that conquering any challenge requires us to conquer ourselves.

    There are so many options out there for people who are trying to get through something tough in their lives. Hope everyone finds what’s right for them.

    I’ve not tried hypnotherapy but I am glad it’s a safe alternative for those who are suffering. We all have our battles in life.

    Hypnotherapy is something I have never tried and not really anything I knew much about. Getting help for anything is an important first step.

    I will conquer my fear of my son returning to Public School and embrace the time I will have to myself and enjoy hearing about my sons day and not make him fear going back to school because I have mixed feelings.

  5. i wake up every day with painful anxiety. It dissipates later in the day but it is definitely a beast.

    It has never done done me to try hypnotherapy. I really don’t know anything about it but if it helps with something that you are struggling with I am all for it.

    I would love to conquer the fear of going to unknown places. Some times fear can really paralyze our ability to do the stuff that we love.

  8. I would love to try hypnotism to overcome my fears. I have tried therapists and doctors and they are all lacking maybe this would do the trick.

  10. I have a number of fears I’d like to conquer. it can be so tough to deal with our fears and anxieties. Trying to conquer them is a worthy goal for sure.

    Excellent thought starter! Currently I plan to conquer back to school shopping and preparation, as well as getting back into a regular exercise routine and clean eating plan.

    When I have to conquer a bad habit, I tell myself that that’s what is going to happen. Or I’ll slowly wean myself off something. I think the worst habit I have is biting my nails at the moment. I’m working on it.

    I will get my novel published. I love the work. So how could I not succeed? I could fail, if others don’t LOVE IT. But someone will.

    I have to conquer letting go of things.. worries, regrets, etc. A lot of things eat away at me and I dwell too much on stuff. It would be nice to be less stressed about things!

    I will conquer my fear of fear. Sometimes I find myself sticking my head in the proverbial sand because ignorance is bliss, right? Not anymore! I would rather be informed and learn to face my fears head on.

    I’m a chronic nail biter. Nasty habit, I know but it’s my thing. Funny thing I consciously have to think about it to avoid it. The last couple of months have been a little difficult for me but I’m hanging in there.
