Cupcakes encourage you to drink more milk. The best known attribute of milk is its calcium content, which is very high. Calcium is important in bone health and is important for children, whose bones are still growing. For the prevention of osteoporosis, a high calcium intake is also recommended especially for women.
Cupcakes have been known to create a hyper delight in people of all ages. This behavior will cause you to shake, dance, jump and run. This can benefit you by making you feel and look younger, improve your sleep,improve your strength, improve your flexibility and increase your confidence!
Cupcakes are just plain ole’ good for you! Why? Because they always put a smile on your face! Research has proven happiness can provide a longer, healthier life. {Who can argue with that?}
