So here are my choices to add to your summer meal planning. I’ve made every single one multiple times and can vouch for their toothsomeness. Is that a word? It is now!

I love salads any time of the year, not just summer. I would go as far as to say that salads are my favorite meal. You can eat a lot and not gain a lot of weight. That’s what I love most about them.
