Carol I just started doing Weight Watchers again, and this works right into my plan, thanks!!
Yay! so glad!
My mother used to make homemade vegetable soup so it’s a comfort food for me. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I’m going to save it for the fall. It sounds fabulous and easy to make.
Make it now and freeze…so many good veggies in season!
Looks easy and like it would be satisfying. Soups are so easy to make once we understand the basics: a broth (vegetable or meat based) and ingredients (take your pick) and seasonings (take your pick). The variations are endless. And the summer soups only require a blender!
I am going to hold on to this one…sounds really good!
Healthy and delicious – sounds like a great recipe to make! Your image shows a person with rather unique hair – but her skin is beautiful. She must eat her veggies!
haaa!
This soup sounds delicious and a great idea to freeze and enjoy it in the fall and winter. Thanks for sharing.
Delish & Nutrish. I can’t wait to make this recipe. I love vegetable soup!
That picture is so weird to me. It drew me in and freaked me out at the same time. 😉
But now, onto the soup. I’m so bad at freezing recipes, I never seem to know when to use them by or how to defrost. But it seems like a good recipe just the same!
I defrost in the fridge for a day or so., then heat and eat.
