Whether you’re an entrepreneur or work for someone else, at least some of your personal satisfaction and joy come from your job. Today, empowerment coach and sales trainer Stacy Weber shares some of the advice she gives her clients. Advice you can put to use immediately.

Are you shining bright or playing small in your business?

As a kid you believed you could do anything and didn’t care what anybody thought. You imagined being the President of the United State or a Rock and Roll Star, or maybe a Fireman….or all of them at the same time! You believed you could be or do anything. Do you still believe that? Or are you playing small?

That little boy or little girl is still inside you wanting to come out and play……..TO PLAY BIG!   How do you play big and shine bright in your business?

It’s about showing up every day in your business.

Meaning: take at least one step every day to move forward towards your vision or goals for your business.

Sometimes it’s scary to take the actions needed to grow your business. Maybe you don’t have all the answers or know what to do. Take time to listen to the calling inside. You do have the answers. It’s taking time out from doing, to listen to the wisdom from within. A great way to do that is to meditate, go for a walk, get into nature.

Don’t be afraid to speak your truth.

Be you! You have something to share with the world! There is no one else like you on this planet. You’re here for a reason…to shine bright and share your gifts.

Ask for help.

You’re not here to do it all by yourself. If you’re trying to do it all on your own, I’m sure you’re working way too hard! Get in a mastermind group that will give you support, resources and accountability. This can be huge in helping you to move forward in your business consistently.
