fonda

August 14, 2011

I saw some of Joy Behar’s interview with Jane Fonda the other day and as much as I like Jane, and I do like her, her interview about her new book on aging well was a little irritating.

Jane is 73 years old now. Is that possible? She certainly looks much younger, thanks to cosmetic surgery, the best money can buy.

I like the idea of promoting aging well, and even though some of that’s possible because she has a lot of money, she’s always been devoted to fitness.

But in her interview, she acted like she had just discovered introspection. That it was big news that women tended to be pleasers in relationships and many women gave up big chunks of themselves for men. I felt like she was covering old ground.
