We have to look for the answers. They’re not always obvious. Plus there are angels all around us. Some are furry ones..
You just have to recognize which answer is yours.
You have to ask, listen and be patience. Not on our schedule but his. Don’t forget to be thankful. Go out work for what you need
Boy, I sure hope so!
Hi Carol,
Our prayers should always reflect our openness to answers. But being human, sometimes that’s just really hard to do. Have a great day, Beth
Amen!
I needed to hear this. Thank you so very much. Have been praying like mad in so many different directions for so many different things. This is the THIRD such confirmation today that my prayers (and needs) will be answered. Truly, thanks, Carol! ♥
Carol, while reading Conversations with God, I learned to always say thank you before I say please. I may not always get w h at I want, but I it always fills my heart with joy.
Good to know! I’m agnostic so I believe there is some being around.
It’s so true some people say hes not listening but its onky because hes givng them the answer they dont like.
Sometimes it is hard to hear the answer but if we look hard enough and listen hard enough one will come.
Amen,
Yes, I agreed! But if we work hard and listen enough be patience all things we want will come.
This is what faith is all about.
Yep, I agree. We should be able to understand God’s answers to our prayers.
God never say “No” but we always misinterpret the answer. Lovely post.
Yes he does. In his time. In his way. God does it.
I’m not the most religious person, but I do believe that God gives you exactly what you need, when you need it the most. More often than not, He gives us much more than we actually deserve. 🙂
Lovely post! Important to remember that you are generally where is best for you in the moment.
Indeed. In God’s time, not ours. Tough to remember in tough times.
I think that people are praying only when they want something and if it will not happen they angry and thinks that God didn’t listen them
Needed this today! Thank you so much for sharing!
Such an important reminder. I think we get caught up in the answers that we want and miss what is given to us.
It’s so true! God has a bigger plan for us, even when we don’t always see it at first.
It’s true that God answers all of our prayer but in his own way! He know what’s best for us and what we really need to! Maybe he grant our wishes and prayer in a way we didn’t want. Prayers aren’t answer on what we supposed it to be but what God’s knows and in his plans! 🙂
Answer’s don’t always come how we would expect or want. You have to look for them.
God honors those who honor Him, He wants what is best for His children and that is how He guides them. He listens and answers, sometimes He uses circumstances to get our attention to put us in a listening mood. He gave us a free will and that gets us in trouble sometimes, but God seems to be able to bring good out of what looks hopeless.
Excellent! Sometimes we forget that He always has what’s best in mind for us!
So good to remember! It’s sometimes hard in the moment to get an answer we don’t want, but it could very well mean something better is coming!
I love this. God gives us what we need at exactly the right time! It’s really amazing and it’s true.
What a lovely, refreshing post.
