Reminds me of my Favorite quote “new doors are always opening if you keep moving forward.”
Love that quote.
Love it..the headline and the knockers!
Who doesn’t love good knockers?
Beautiful. I noticed the same thing about doors in Ireland and then again in Paris. The doors are just stunning. Sounds like you had a wonderful trip even though you got sick.
I didn’t take as many good pix as I would have otherwise, but I tried!
My Husby has a ‘thing’ about door knockers. He’d love to collect them! But after dealing with his chess set collection for over thirty years, I told him what he could do with his knockers. Pun intended . . .
I would have LOVED to have heard that conversation!
Cute headline…great idea from hubby. You should probably keep him around
Yes, he definitely is the best!
Me and hubs love a good set of knockers too. We’ve got a great one on our front door. Everything in Italy is fantastic…
If only we would make things as beautiful as they did hundreds of years ago!
I’ve always been intrigued by the doors on older, unique, structures. These photos are beautiful.. Thank you for sharing.
Changing the hardware on your doors is a great way to update the look. I will have to pick out a new door for my door.
These knockers are really looking so “must-have” kind of knockers.
