That is not my handbag.

Well, actually, I call it a purse. Others say pocketbook. But handbag, purse, pocketbook– no matter what you call it, chances are there’s something unusual in it.

Today I’m asking “What’s the most unusual thing in your handbag?”

Inquiring minds want to know!

    It’s a purse around here, but I guess the most unusual thing would be a poncho. I don’t like getting caught in the rain unprepared.

    The most unusual thing in my purse is my departure stub from my recent trip to Turks and Caicos. I need to clean out my purse.

    As a mom, there are a lot of weird items in my purse including half-eaten candy bars and wrestling figures.

  4. I call it a purse, too. Anyway, the most interesting thing is actually three things: I have a 2018 calender, a 2019 calendar, and my PEO calendar. I carry all three everywhere I go because I don’t like to carry my Erin Condren everywhere!

    Hmmm . . . I commonly carry tools for problems while biking with my grandkids. Sooo, Band-aids. wipes. And wrenches. 🙂

    The most unusual thing in my handbag is my on the go snacks like my That’s It bars. I always try to carry snacks with me to make healthier choices.

  7. My bag is very boringif I am going to the gym I need myID and earbuds. If I am going out I need mascara and lipstick and my wallet.

    Mine is so small that there really isn’t anything major in it. So I really can’t say there’s anything interesting in it. I do have a couple of store cards and I have my sons picture.

    I carry the typical things in my bag. Supplements and essential oils could be considered interesting I guess. 🙂

    Found a tiny bottle of Lavender Balm I forgot I had. Can’t even remember where I got it. But gave it a sniff and yum. So nice. I guess I’ll keep it in there.

    In my pocketbook I have earplugs, not buds, various pills like Advil, Lactiad and Migraine meds and chapstick, a fabric hanky, bandaids, emory board and a tape measure.Not very exciting just practical!

    I carry a padlock and a key. They key is on a lanyard. I use this if I go to the YMCA to work out so that I can lock up my PURSE!

    I call it a purse or a handbag, whatever it’s all the same after all. Lol. I don’t know what the most unusual thing is, an essential oil bottle that helps me relax when traveling? Maybe a lot of people have that too though.

    I usually just carry a big tote bag around that I take to work and when Im out and about so I guess the most unusual thing I have is a stethoscope? LOL!

  17. I have migraines constantly so migraine meds is always in my purse. Another thing that’s in my purse is address book just in case something happen.

    Receipts of restaurant or shopping. And sometimes coupons from bed and bath its about time to cleaning it up. I also likes to bring umbrella you never k ow when it rained

    Yes, handbags or purses are always places to find the most unusual things. But whatever it is, a lady and her handbag are inseparable.

    I’m not sure that I have anything unusual in my bag per se? I do have 2-3 different handcreams though and I am sure some people may think that’s an excessive amount to carry around!

    I don’t really have anything strange in my purse. I try to keep only my essentials in there.

  22. i don’t think i have anything too unusual in my bag. I just have my wallet, keys, phone, lipstick and hand lotion.

  23. Oh man, it varies from week to week. Multiple currencies. My daughter’s false eyelashes that she left on the butler’s pantry and I swept up into my bag when company arrived. Food. Pebbles. Beach glass. Chunks of driftwood.

    Valor and Peace and Calming essential oils. My sister would have had a handgun and a cribbage board along with a deck of cards and a hardcover book. Yes, her bag was huge.

  25. Probably a few super hero action figures and my portable charger. Can’t live without either! #boymom
