How the story ends

May 9, 2013

We’re constantly in the process of creating our story
and just like any writer, can choose to add or delete scenes at will.
I believe this is true, regardless of other people
or of things that seem beyond our control.

New beginnings can be created;
new endings can be devised.
We can choose whatever path we like,
change our mind and take a detour.

It’s all unfolding,
but it’s within our power
to make it come out differently.

When it comes to life
it pays to have the long view.

    I believe that realizing that you create your own story is one of the most important shifts in our thinking that we can make! I enjoyed reading your take on it!

  2. I agree Melinda! I spent too many years expecting someone else to help me write my story, then I got desperate and started writing it for myself! I’ve been so much happier since THAT happened!

  3. I hope this message rings true for the victims in Cleveland- choosing to delete scenes at will. Sadly, I don’t think this will be the case.
