Just an old barn

October 22, 2009
There’s something so beautiful about a dilpidated barn.

One that’s outlived its practical function and now only serves a visual one.

I can’t help but wonder what went on within that wooden structure, so long ago.

Who came in and out?

Did a cat or even a family of cats call the rafters home?

Did a teenage couple make out in piles of hay?

Or was it home for a working horse, fed bits of carrot and pails of grain?
