There are certain politicians who seemed to have bypassed Karma completely, but who knows. Sometimes it seems that life is unfair, or maybe that’s Karma at work after all. Perplexing…
Well, karma is far more complex than we think and tied in to reincarnation. Earth is like a rehabilitation center meant for helping our soul to rediscover our Divine nature. Karma helps facilitate a soul’s spiritual development –and that is the concept that every thought and action has a corresponding reaction. The results of both selfless and selfish actions are experienced over many lives, as a soul comes to understand how its actions affect those and the world around it. So it’s bigger than this life. The goal is not reward or punishment, but spiritual growth through lessons.
Yes this is soooo true!
Yep. And we’ve all seen examples of what goes around comes around!
I wonder, though, what happens to souls that, in their last life, were almost pure evil (such as a certain leader of Germany in the 30’s and 40’s). What is their fate, in future reincarnations? What forms do the results of selfish (to put it mildly) actions in a former life take? I just wonder; I’m not expecting you to be able to supply answers.
Well, the consequences could be many. They could be challenged by being on the other side of similar actions, for example. Or something else. It’s not punishment, it’s teaching.
You know it’s going to happen. You just wish you could be in the audience when it does…
Oh, Diane, truer words were never spoken!
