Life is a gift.

Find something joyful in every day and enjoy it.

The tinkling laughter of a child. The warm hug of a friend. The thoughtful gesture of a colleague. The friendly greeting of a grocery clerk.

Remember those endorphins? Feeling joy sends more of them through your body.
