May the road rise to meet you

Happy St. Patrick’s Day and may the luck of the Irish be with you!

Oh to be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in a pub in Dublin today, a city with which I fell completely, utterly in love.

St. Patrick’s Day. It’s a day for shamrocks, leprechauns and green beer, and what better place to celebrate than Ireland? {Note to self: do this next year.}

The Irish have all the best blessings, don’t they? My wish for all my Irish friends and loved ones:

  1. Great pics! Oh, I am just green (snicker, snicker) that you’ve been to Ireland. I’m glad you had the opportunity. I hear it’s just beautiful. Have a charm-filled day. karen from #genfab

    Yes, I know and appreciate that particular Irish blessing. I am Irish by birth and love having that heritage – well, except for the brooding, lean toward alcoholism parts…..
    That Irish writing/melancholy gene runs rampant in my family – but so does the humor and the affection for family nd friends!

  3. Oh me I would LOVE to go to Ireland – my grandmother came over from Ireland many years ago, so there is a wee bit of Irish in me.

    And your Irish blessing – I just love it.

  4. I have never been to Ireland but surely St. Patrick’s day would be the BEST day to go!
