It started with this one photo of a lobster pillow. I mean, really, who’s ever seen a lobster pillow? Certainly not I. And yet, I thought it was cute. Whimsical. And an easy way to include a playful touch in any room. Cute cute cute.
Lobster pillow: the perfect gift for someone. Me!
Cute, but not for me
That led to finding this pig pillow. Lots of people collect pigs. I’ll bet not that many have a pig pillow. But no, that wasn’t enough.
What to get the incessant tweeter in your life
Twitter eludes me. I hope no one ever gets me this Twitter pillow, but I do think it’s cute, love the color and I’m certain some incessant tweeter out there would love it.
Yikes!
Oh dear. Not a unique idea. Not sure it’s such a good one, either. But then, different strokes, right?
California Love. Well, more accurately, Southern California love. I want my heart up in San Francisco, where I left it. So I’d have to do some stitch-ripping and sewing. And yes, I can. Just look a few posts back at how well I replaced buttons on a linen blouse.
This cute cloud is the perfect resting place for the head of a napper. I like the orange and grey color combination. Wouldn’t have thought of it, though.
The matching star pillow reminds me of starry night. Would it fix my insomnia, I wonder? Hold that thought.
Do you remember when black and white silhouettes of your kids were big? My mother had ours done. But this is another way to use them. Fun. modern and colorful. LOVE this idea.
In an octopus’ garden…
“I’d like to be, under the sea, in an octopus’ garden in the shade.” The Beatles.
Love lovebirds. Cute and easy to make. I don’t “make,” though.
A palatable use for this kind of homey trim. Which looks like it could belong on a prairie dress. But. Cute colors.
♥ Heart these. Fanciful pom poms, cute colors, and monogram.
There’s some weird fetish men have with women and pillow fights. I think this would cure it. I can’t tell you why I like this. Well, I could. But if I did, I’d have to kill you.
Oh so clever. Oh so. I would be tempted to get more and mix letters up. Oh, my couch would be an ever-changing landscape.
awww…a bichon
I love this pillow, but don’t think it would help me get tp sleep. It’s 4 a.m. as I write this and I’m looking for a flock of industrial-sized sheep to count.
