It will always be the ’50’s couture and the Dior. But this was a wonderful beginning to the day… I’m just going to go look at pretty things. I find it relaxing. And, yep, I’m a girly girl, too.
Soothing still life, beautiful collection. Thank you.
Ahhh, look at all the pretty you found. That puppy is SO sweet – I want him.
Have to love the kitty, and beautiful pear. Thanks for not posting anything orange…8-)
=^..^=
beautiful pictures, I am decorating my new home and those picture inspire me, waiting for spring to get colored candles for my living room ..thank you
Thank you for this. It’s nice to look at and appreciate beautiful images and objects in the midst of a world that’s getting ever uglier.
Thank you! I needed this today. I love the last still life, plus the kitten and puppy. Precious.
Thanks for sharing all your pretty photos with us. They made me smile.
Art and flowers have always been a part of my life! Thanks.

I feel like I’ve taken a deep breath of fresh air. Thank you for this!
Both of the 1950’s dresses and of course, kitties & puppies!
I love all these photos! That kitty one is especially adorable. I’m a total cat person.
This is exactly why i love flowers. They make the whole room light up.
Ha, I did the same thing last night, only with vacation pictures. Way too much yuck around these days.
Some really pretty, pink and white pictures out there. My kinda colors.
Omg that kitchen is simply gorgeous!!!!! I want my kitchen to look like that!!!
Oooh! I love it all. Those votives are amazing.
I love that first kitchen and oh the puppy. Who can resist a cute puppy!
Pretty sure this post has every good thing in it. I saw kitties, puppies, pink stuff, paisleys. A bedroom, candles. Clothes, food – even a book (sort of)! Lovely collection.
How nice and relaxing. I love that blue dress!
Mighty pretty stuff here. Great inspiration.
gosh, i love everything you posted in here! especially the room photos! I love them all!
Oh how I love Dior! And that formal kitchen is beyond gorgeous!
I like the 1950s couture and dior. Fashion from that time is so lovely! I also, of course, loved the animals, who can resist a cute puppy?
They are all adorable pictures but I think the bauble things and the Dior blue dress are my favourites ????
Ohhhh, that minty fresh bedroom!! So gorgeous and calming, I would love to live in that bedroom!
Aw, this is such a pretty post. I love the 1. Lovely Lavender, 2. Minty Fresh, 3. Silvery 4. Girly at heart. love love love. Now I am feeling pretty inside, ready to spread that prettiness around.
I love the pink sari…definitely a girly-girl too.
These are really pretty! Especially the kitty and dress!
So pretty in pink has got to be my fav!
I love the bedroom pictures you posted. If I get to design my bedroom in the future, it will probably look like either one of them. 🙂
Favorite?? Like I have to just pick one? I can’t! Baby animals of any kind always get me. The “Pretty In Pink” well she is just stunning! Everything is gorgeous.
Carol, Kitties? Flowers? Beautiful interiors? What could be more wonderful? Thanks for the inspiration.
What a lovely little beauty break. Exqusite taste in images, my dear! Loved them all.
Everything just makes me happy about this post! I think I’ll come back to it this week when I get down with current events lol.
All refreshing and lovely, Carol. Minty fresh was my favorite as so inviting, light, and airy. Living in the midst of a dark, heavy winter makes me long for a respite in this room.
Is this your subtle hint to me that you are going to fund my dream kitchen? I love you Carol that is the nicest thing anybody has ever done for me :).
I enjoy everything pretty! Flowers, still life art and gorgeous decors are a few of my favorites pretty things to have.
What an adorable idea. I love the puppy and kitty the best! Some of those bedrooms looked amazing though!
I like pink, gold and fluffy things. Whereas I don’t need a pink and gold fluffy dog! Gold accessories are nice. I like a little pink in my wardrobe. A nice fluffy dog or cat is a nice stress reliever.
That room is just stunning and how can I not go ohhhhhh how cute at that adorbale kitten
All of this made me smile!!!!
Guess what appealed to me the most? The cotton candy, lol, then the pretty pink sari. Its gorgeous.
Ooh pretty! I love that blue 50s dress!
Lovely! Always nice to look at inspiring images! The day bed gave me the idea of how I should re-do mine. It’s been in storage and I need to revamp it. This post goes so well with your tagline, too 🙂
I agree we all need lot of pretty things as the world is full of so much ugliness all around. I am in love with everything you have shared, very particularly that gorgeous kitchen and that kitty & puppy that are quiet adorable!
All very stunning photos! I would have to say the “Still Life” tops my list!
Omg I’m so inlove with this! I love the looks of the kitchen and the room was amazed me. I want this on our house.
These are all looks nice and I love the Dress so much pfect for the party.
Those are all so beautiful. It’s really nice to see posts like this one, it’s refreshing and it’s going to really keep your mood up despite everything that’s happening around you. Thanks for this!
