School Nights….

June 9, 2009

Riley went to class last night, since we’re gone on his usual Friday training night. He practiced his high-fives, shake and wave, and then started to learn “back” and “bow.”

Bow will come in handy, because he drew a crowd, who all applauded while they commented how cute he was, and how smart! (Proud mama here.)

He also learned a more formal way to do hugs and kisses.

It was a bit challenging because he’d spent the day palling around with his thugs at day care, so he was tired, PLUS I’d fed him before class, both bad moves.

Still, he did well. Even when confronted with a Great Dane in Petco. Pet Corrector works wonders. That’s Miss Marilyn, his trainer, working with him.
