Shamelessly agitating

November 9, 2012

I make no apologies.

I agitate and if I needed an excuse it might be one of these:

  • I’m pointing out a wrong that needs to be righted.
  • I’m right and he’s wrong.
  • I’m a child of the 60s.
  • Things are a little dull and need shaking up.
  • I’m a drama queen.
  • I was born this way.
  • I know best.
  • They pissed me off.
  • My way is the only obviously correct way.

But, of course, I don’t need an excuse.

I am, in fact, a shameless agitator and proud of it.

  1. I am a part-time shameless agitator. I generally mind my on business, but when I do agitate…WATCH OUT! I am going for the jugular!

Somewhere I have a “Shameless Agitator” button I was given by a friend in the early 1980s.

In the early 1980s I was given a Shameless Agitator button by a friend. I still have it somewhere. From one shameless agitator to another: “Cheers!”
