The first time I tasted Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt I couldn’t believe how delicious it was, and how satisfying. How could something so creamily yummy have so few calories? Or so much protein? Each of the 20+ unique flavors was as mouth-watering as the last.
Regular yogurt has always been a meal substitute or snack when I diet. Even years ago– When I was a teenager, half a dozen of my yogurts once vanished, having been eaten as a snack—at one sitting—by my adolescent brother. Six containers? Obviously, he wasn’t watching his weight. But I am. And that’s why I love Yoplait Greek 100. And yes, this is a sponsored post, but as always, these are my opinions–and if you click on one of the links for more information you won’t be just doing me a favor, you’ll be doing yourself one! Let me tell you why:
The creamy consistency of Yoplait Greek 100 makes it irresistible. The creamy taste is because the whey’s been removed. It also means twice the protein, less sugar and sodium and fewer carbs. What’s not to like? It’s especially good after a workout.
Chunks of pineapple make this flavor a fave of mine.
Let’s face it: whether we’ve made a New Year’s resolution or not, we’re all weight-conscious. And health conscious, too. But we don’t want to deprive ourselves. Yoplait’s rockin’ new flavors for its Greek 100 have elevated the healthy snack from simple to sublime.
New flavors like Pineapple,Strawberry Cheesecake and Coconut (among others) are…transformative. They’re my new go-to snack when I crave something sweet but don’t want to consume more than 100 calories or 2 Weight Watchers Points.
And for something different, why not do my 150-calorie snack hack?
Combine in your blender a container of any flavor you like, a handful of fruit–raspberries, blueberries or even orange segments (yummy in the Yoplait Greek 100 Orange Creme flavor)– half a cup of kale or spinach and half a cup of water. Blend away! There you have it–a healthy, finger-licking good smoothie that you can sip on between meals. (No worries, the greens have no taste at all in smoothies.) So filling!
But here’s what’s even better:the new flavors taste like a scrumptious dessert, too. My husband sneaked into the fridge and ate a container of my Yoplait Greek 100 Key Lime Pie, declaring it his new favorite dessert. I have to admit that I’ve done the same. Could anything be easier or healthier?
I’ve rarely been so excited about a new product. Thanks to Yoplait Greek 100 for sponsoring this post, AND thanks to them for giving us delicious, healthy options for snacking. As always, the opinions are my own. Highly recommend this product with no reservations at all!
Yogurt is such a healthy food. I use plain organic yogurt and add organic fruit and hemp seeds for a fabulous and energizing morning breakfast. Great there are so many choices available now that yogurt has become a go to for both meals and snacks.
I just today was in between appointments and hungry. I got a coffee and tried the Key Lime Pie, terrific lunch! I also notice with the Yoplait Greek I don’t need to take a Lactaid pill which is another bonus!
I usually just buy plain Greek yogurt and add my own fruit and nuts but I do love these for a quick grab and go snack. Strawberry Cheesecake is my favorite. My kids like this kind too.
The only time I ever tried Greek yogurt, I thought it tasted like caulk. (Well, what I’d assume caulk tastes like.) But I trust your judgment, having been reading your posts now for quite a few months. And, looking at that pineapple lusciousness…well, I’m gonna have to try it, as well as the strawberry cheesecake. I clicked on the links too. :-).
Carol, I saw your G+ request of comments on this post… I’m offering up this comment. I am lactose intolerant and would really love if Yoplait came out with a lactose-free yogurt!

I will have to try pineapple! My favorite it Strawberry Cheesecake!
It’s in my fridge and I’m having the cheesecake flavor for dessert today! I know, I know, snack…but OMG so good.
I love yogurt! My Swiss mitochondrial DNA demands milk products. This is one of my faves. I wish they would use stevia as a sweetener thought!
Yoplait is my favorite! Perfect for my afternoon snack around 4 when my energy begins to take a nose dive. Yummmmmmmmmmmmm!
This is my favorite kind of yogurt too Carol!

Great idea for a snack or for “lunch on the go”
My younger son works out regularly and has gotten into the habit of having a Greek yogurt when he’s done. This is one of the brands he has me buy.
I agree! It’s my favorite healthy snack! Yum yum yum! I love all the different flavors that Yoplait has too.
It’s a yogurt kind of day! My favorite is Yoplait Light Raspberry Cheesecake. Good stuff — especially when frozen into bite-sized drops. 😀
Sounds yummy. I like the idea of eating yogurt with less sugar. Some brands have such a high sugar content.

I really like Greek yogurt, but haven’t tried Yoplait’s version. Thanks for the review – I’ll pick some up at the store!

Generally not a huge yogurt fan, but I will have to try these they looks so creamy and yummy!
I love yogurt and have discovered these 100 calories snacks — they taste great and the protein helps keep cravings at bay. Yum!!
Yum, Yoplait Greek Coconut! I’ll have to try it.
