Here’s what a friend wrote me after reading my recent post about karma:

…you get what you get — the only thing that really makes a difference is how you choose to respond to it. Life can be beautiful, life can be tragic; it is dynamic — don’t get too used to what you are doing now, ’cause it’s gonna change!

Makes sense to me.
