I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of winter. But I know what Punxutawney Phil said last month: six more weeks. So to brighten these last few weeks up, I’ve got a little box full of wonderfully glittery eyeshadow in all shades, a Mosaic face powder with a little shimmer to it and a few more fun girly items that might not have any glitter at all.
What? You say you don’t wear glitter? Ah, but you may have a daughter or granddaughter who’d love to play with glitter before the winter’s up. And of course, there are a few non-glitter items in my un-sponsored “tired of winter glitter giveaway.” Here’s how to enter:
Each social share gets you one entry. G+, tweet, FB share, StumbleUpon, etc, then leave a comment on the blog below telling me what you did.
Each blog subscription is another entry. Look on the right sidebar for the signup form.
As usual, my dog, Riley, will pick the winner. (How? Oh, it’s fun. I give each entry a group #, put a treat by each number and let him loose. Then we narrow it down from there, using treats and numbers. He loves to play–and to eat– so please do enter!)
“Give a dog a treat today–please enter!”
And for inspiration, here are some glittery options:
Gorgeous, subtle shimmer. You can wear this.
Not to mention this one:
I love coppery shadows.

I don’t wear glitter (nor do my daughters) and I unfortunately have no granddaughters (and my daughter would KILL me if I sent glitter for my grandsons to wear). BUT, I do very much so love that Riley chooses the winner. Sooooo much more fun than a Rafflecopter giveaway! 😀
Thanks for the visit. Not a big glitter wearer (and live in South America), so not entering but wanted to say I think this is a great idea. Good contest idea. Good luck!! 🙂
I am in the so sick of winter category too! Not an everyday glitter eyeshadow but I have a granddaughter who adores glitter! I would also definitely use it for my evening glitter.
I think Riley needs some special treats for helping to choose a winner
Here you’ll find my blog, some of my essays, published writing, and my solo performances. There’s also a link to my Etsy shop for healing and grief tools offered through A Healing Spirit.
I love comments, so if something resonates with you in any way, don’t hesitate to leave a comment on my blog. Thank you for stopping by–oh, and why not subscribe so you don’t miss a single post?
Oooh! Glitter! I love glitter. Riley looks excited.
The prospect of food ALWAYS excites him!
I’m not much for everyday glitter but I could definitely be a special occasion glitter girl. Can Riley be bribed?
maybe some of your cupcakes? 😉 it ain’t all glittery–I just put a few nonglittery things in!

Cheers to a glittery day!
Then clearly I have to do two giveaways, one glitter and one non!
I love you! You glitter brilliantly
Melt!
I love you own particular ‘raffle copter’! And what a great idea. I have granddaughters. Must try this!
Riley rules everything, including my blog!
G+ and tweeted for you!
U da best, brainy blonde!
Love this!!! I shared through G+! Thanks to Shelley Zurek for tweeting this!
Thanks for entering! Shelley is a rock star!
Tweeted and subscribed. I am so tired of winter I could… well, you know. I just could use some glitter!
Yippee—the heck with Phil, I see spring coming!

Pretty! I was once traumatized by a 3-year-old and some glitter glue, so glitter’s not my thing, but I do support treats for Riley!
Can I enter to win the dog, instead? 🙂
