It is 44 degrees here in Tampa. With wind chill, it feels like 37 degrees.

Last night, it was even colder.

When we start to think it’s really cold here this week, we remember scenes like these. From our youth in Rochester, NY.

Then 44 degrees feels distinctly balmy.
