Cupcake of the day ~ all tarted up

Sometimes, a lemon cupcake is just the ticket.

A tart tang against the sweetness of the cream cheese frosting — a zesty zing on your tongue.

And don’t you love the lemon slice and mint leaf on top? An interesting flavor profile.

These are mini-cupcakes, so their size minimizes the sin. But you probably couldn’t eat just one. (Two aren’t such a bad sin…)
