Cupcake of the day ~ edible rose garden

These rose-covered cupcakes are so feminine.

You’d think maybe for Valentine’s Day, or a wedding.

But I envision them at a tea celebrating a beloved grandmother’s birthday. I’m just sorry my grandmother is no longer here to enjoy one. (I also hope I live as long and well as she, who passed at nearly 100 years of age.)
