Double your health benefit the easy way

If you’re like most people, your life is busy. So busy that you find a zillion valid reasons not to exercise. I won’t list them; you know what they are. And I know what they are.

I read this tip the other day and loved its simplicity: if you go up a staircase, do it twice.

Yep. Go up and down, and then do it again.

It’s that simple. Indoors and out. Both.
It’s incremental exercise if you only rarely encounter stairs. But if you’ve got a two-story house or stairs at work, this could really make a difference.

No membership fees. You don’t have to leave your home or office. You don’t have to wear a special outfit.

Up. Down. Repeat.

How easy is that?
