Empty Spaces

January 28, 2009

There’s something about Brian Andreas, the way he captures deep feelings and great emotion using dialogue in a very creative way. I love words and I relate better to them than to visuals. So it’s no surprise that I have most of his StoryPeople books, two of his wooden wall sculptures and at least a half dozen or more of his prints. And I love them all.

Take this page from a book of his. It’s one of my favorites. I think it captures that emotional void, that longing that goes along with missing someone you love.

I love to page through my StoryPeople books and just FEEL.
