Gratitude Friday – flower power

I am grateful that I came of age during a time when peace and love were the bywords.

When cynicism had not yet taken root.

When the world was full of possibility.

And I am grateful that M. and I fell in love during those times and on that shared experience, built the foundation that allowed us to connect so easily again after three decades of change.

The Big Guy up there really knows what He’s doing.
