Aging, artichokes and risk

Have you ever wanted to do something but been kind of, well, afraid to take the risk? Afraid to step outside your comfort zone?

This is a photograph of my husband doing something he never thought he’d do and in the process, he gave me an opportunity for think about aging, risk ….and artichokes.

  1. I have been so far out of my comfort zone for the past few years, and it has all been worth it! Hang on it all changes….

  2. Yes, once we get to a certain age it is now or never. Good for him.
    And on a sidenote – now I want artichokes for dinner.
