The gold charm is for the bracelet M. gave me for Valentine’s Day 1972. We are now adding charms to mark special occasions.

And what better time to acquire and read James Joyce’s Dubliners than when in Dublin? It’s a thin volume, and only short stories, but, knowing Joyce, I’m afraid it could take me a month.
