Why dogs bite people

Seriously cute dog!

Seriously cute dog!

This sweetie-pie should be careful during hunting season.

I love this choice for her.

I love this choice for her.

Like a virgin….
Pup-a-razzi-Pop-Queen-Dog-Costume-“How DARE you sing MY song?!!!”

Muscular guy!

Muscular guy!

But can he breathe?

When it's a natural, well, it just works.

When it’s a natural, well, it just works.

This is brilliant. Just brilliant.

“Somewheeerrreee over the rainbowwwwww- wow….”

This would work well if the owner was dressed like Toto.

Femininity personified

I’d choose this for this little angel, too.

Smarter than he looks

Smarter than he looks

Some dogs are always typecast.

26! 84! 43! HIKE!

26! 84! 43! HIKE!

All the bitches are hot for a pro ball player.

He looks like he’s just putting up with it.

Sweet Yoda!

Who dreams these up?

Another great match of dog and costume.

His self esteem will never be the same.

His self esteem will never be the same.

You can guess which costume I’d pick for my Riley.

And we don’t want to leave out our feline friends:
And this cutie patootie:

Happy Halloween!

  1. I think the elf is my favorite, but I can’t really support any of it, LOL! Great pics!

  2. I love looking at the photos, but the truth is, the costumes stay as pictured for about 5 minutes, long enough to capture the shot MAYBE and then they go bonkers and try to get out of them. Not that I’ve ever dressed any of my dogs…. 😉

  3. That Elf one makes me laugh every time. I would have loved to see Riley in the pink wig.

  4. I just might have to dress up my dog today. I’ll tell him you were the one that put the idea in my head.

  5. Karen says:

Ahh, so cute! and so very, very wrong. 🙂

I am posting this link on my Facebook. Everyone just has to see these cuties. Thanks for sharing.

  7. We are getting a dog soon. I promise NEVER to do this to him/her. Some are pretty frickin’ cute though.

  8. Those are all very adorable. My dog always shakes off whatever I attempt.

  9. *Bwaaah!!* The bride and leprechaun are my favorites. Too, too funny. And far more hilarious than little kids in costumes. Love it!

I’m still laughing. Not sure if I’m laughing at the pups or the parents. Either way…pretty damn hysterical. I tried putting a pumpkin costume on my Bischon. She looked at me as if to say “Oh, hell no!”. Off it came. I was one of “them” for about 2 hot minutes.

    L. M. A. O!!! That IS why they bite people! My dog Wilson looks indignant when I put him in his superman costume….until he gets treats. (And he’s a bigger dog!) Thank you for the chuckle!

  12. Though I love football and the little football player, as a gardener I’ve got to throw my vote at the farmer. These are pretty darn funny!
Our mellow, arthritic old beagle doesn’t even like it when we put his little winter coat on to guard against the bitter days of winter. If we tried to put a costume on him, I’m sure he’d bite too!
