Easy Moroccan dessert

By far, the most delicious dessert we had in Morocco was this: Cinnamon Orange Salad.  Here’s how to make it:

  • Slice up some sweet oranges.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on them.
  • Serve.


After a spicy and delicious Moroccan meal, these were a refreshing last course.

To be really traditional, add orange blossom water, but to be honest, I just don’t like any kind of floral taste. These were fantastic without it.
