Negativity is nonproductive

I was in the car the other day –someone else was driving. It was around commute time, and commuters were doing all sorts of things: they cut us off or lagged at a green light or any one of a number of things that happen on the road.

My driver just had to comment on every mistake or perceived mistake a driver made.
