We talk all the time about how life might have been if we’d stayed together.

New York City –Manhattan–would’ve been our home, a far cry from our tropical lives

in Florida and our laid back California world.

It all turned out the way it should have, even the crazy path to get here.

But still, we do share a little regret, every so often, about what didn’t come to pass for us.

I would have loved living in Manhattan, I think.

Museums, concerts, night life, dogwalkers.

Maybe in another life, we did.
