On making a life

We make a living by what we get,
we make a life by what we give.

Generosity of spirit is free.

That’s right.
We can give to others with abandon
without touching our bank accounts.

Today’s a great day to give someone a sincere compliment.
Offer to bring them a coffee.
Take some flowers from your yard to a coworker.
Lend a helping hand to someone who needs it.
Lift someone’s spirits.

That Winston Churchill was more than a good politician.
He was one smart guy.
