Take your vitamins naturally

Vitamins. They’re best in their natural form:

  • A sweet, juicy orange
  • Tender broccoli
  • Exotic pluots
  • Tropical mangoes
  • Red-ripe tomatoes
  • and so many more

Forget all the hype about carbs, starch-resistant carbs, sugar. As someone in Italy once told me: moderate yourselves!

And you’ll have the health benefit that comes from fruits and vegetables, while enjoying their tasty goodness.
