The Power of Gratitude

January 18, 2009

I’m into gratitude this weekend, partly because I’m working it into one of our workshops and also because I have so much to be thankful for. It’s powerful. And it’s so much fun to thank people for what they are and mean to you.

A few Thanksgivings back I had a chance to go around the table and acknowledge each person there for their contribution. Coming up with just the right phrase to describe the person was more fun than I’d had in a long time. And the glow on their faces practically lit up the table. I hope I get the chance to do it again.

This weekend, I’m grateful that my brain is still functioning. I’d been worried about writing the website for the new business, that maybe I couldn’t capture my intuitive understanding of the workshops we are offering.

Then, Saturday at 4:30am, it all came to me and I wrote it in one big rush. I’m overflowing with excitement and positive energy right now. It’s a good place to be.

Planning. Writing. Laughing. And a heart overflowing with love.

So, gratitude, this Sunday morning. A big THANK YOU shout out. God is amazing! The Universe truly provides everything you need, that’s very clear.
