The palette of your life

October 12, 2009

This image of a palette reminds me of the rich colors and textures of a live well-lived.

The paint isn’t evenly applied. Like life, it has bumps and ridges.

The colors are rich, vibrant and reflect different shades and hues. Different tones. Some bright, some duller. Lots of heat. Few cooler shades.

I don’t see much grey. Or taupe.

What does the palette of your life look like? Are there enough different colors and textures?

What hues and tones would you add, if you could?

What’s stopping you?
